What are the new council rules?

What happens when I book online ?
ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A 48 HOUR CONFIRMATION We will confirm via email or phone and seek to secure alternate accommodation should the property you chose not be available after confirmation with the owner.
Do you accept single night bookings?
We do not accept single night bookings at any time. Most houses have a minimum 2 night stay with some a minimum 7 nights or more.
How much of a deposit do I need to pay?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due 28 days prior to your arrival.
Do I have to pay a Security Deposit?
All bookings attract a security deposit of $2000 or more at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking.
How do I book?
You can book 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our website www.kayburtongetaways.com.au, Alternatively you can book over the phone during business hours by calling +61 3 5984 4744 or stop in to see us at our office at 106 Ocean Beach Road Sorrento.
How long does it take to get my security deposit back?
We can usually process the security deposit within 7 days of your departure. During the summer season it can take up to 21 days.
Is there a minimum stay over the Christmas/New Year period
Yes the minimum stay over the Christmas/New Year period is 7-14 nights.
Can I pay with Diners Club or American Express?
We accept Visa/MasterCard online and American Express (by calling the office ). Unfortunately we do not accept Diners Club. For all card types there is a surcharge depending on the type of card you choose. This is to recoup the fees charged to us by these merchants. Direct Credit into our bank account is a fee-free option available to you for bookings made outside 7 days of your check in date, to give us time to receipt your payment.
I don’t have a credit card, how can I pay?
You can pay with a bank cheque, money order, or a direct deposit into our bank account. Please contact our office for bank account details. Deposits need to be paid within three working days of making the booking.
