A main bedroom with a King Size bed, WIR, TV and ensuite, second bedroom with King Size bed, and two other bedrooms with two King Single Beds in each room, sleeping eight with no problem (king single beds can be pushed together to form king beds if required)
There is a beautiful log fire in the cosy lounge room, with TV (foxtel and apple tv), and Audio System make the lounge a perfect spot to relax.
Original artworks and decor items make our home simply delightful.
The open-plan kitchen and dining room open out on the right to a welcoming Wisteria covered entertaining area with fire pit, further leading to a large garden with Olympic size trampoline, all overlooking the Portsea Lagoon.
The other side opens to a magnificent BBQ, outdoor dining and pool area, with Teak Sunbeds to get that perfect tan in the summer.
Back inside, we find a separate rumpus room with a Foosball table, XBox and Wii to keep both young and older kids entertained for hours. The laundry and bathroom complete any of your needs during your stay.

The house abuts the tranquil Portsea Nature Reserve, filled with Ibis, ducks and other birdlife and is a short walking distance to the Portsea Hotel, the Portsea Pier and surf and bay beaches. It is also only a 3 minute drive to Sorrento Village, the home of some of the most exquisite boutiques in the Mornington Peninsula, not to mention the Cafes and Restaurants.
