Please note also there is no direct access to the Merricks Trail, please do not walk over the neighbours property. The main house is situated close to The Old Barn, on occasions, the owner or owners family will be in the main house during your booking, gardening or attending to the cows, - this should not impact your enjoyment of The Old Barn at all. The owner also requests that dogs are not permitted on the property or inside the home. Wifi available.
